Every rate on Staybello states its own cancellation terms before you pay, and again on your confirmation. There is never a Staybello cancellation fee on top.
Most rooms can be cancelled free of charge until a deadline set by the property — typically 24 to 72 hours before check-in, shown as an exact date on the rate, in your confirmation email and on your booking page. Cancel before that moment and the full amount is refunded to the card you paid with, normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
These are cheaper because the property takes the risk off its own books. Cancelling one usually returns nothing, and we say so plainly before you pay. If your plans are not certain, the free cancellation filter is worth the few euros extra.
Open My booking, enter your reference and email address, and press “Cancel this booking”. The cancellation goes straight to the property and you see the refund amount immediately. No phone call, no waiting.
If a cancellation cannot be processed automatically, email booking@staybello.com with your reference. In the rare case a payment was taken but the property never confirmed, we refund in full — you do not have to chase it.
