These terms apply to the use of staybello.com and to bookings made through it.
Staybello operates the website and the search. Accommodation is supplied, invoiced and settled by Nuitée Travel, who act as merchant of record for your booking. Your accommodation contract is with them and, through them, with the property. Staybello acts as an intermediary.
Prices are live and can change until the moment a booking is confirmed. We re-check the exact rate immediately before payment; if it has changed you are shown the new amount before you pay. Displayed prices include taxes and fees where the property reports them; local tourist taxes may be collected on arrival.
The cancellation terms shown on the rate apply. See our cancellation policy for how it works in practice. Changes are made by cancelling and rebooking.
Enter guest names as they appear on the ID or passport that will be shown at check-in, and check your dates before paying. Properties may refuse a booking whose name does not match the guest.
We take care that the information shown is accurate, but property descriptions, photos, facilities and review scores are supplied by the property and its distribution partners. Staybello is not liable for the property’s performance; where something goes wrong with a booking we made possible, we will help you resolve it with the supplier.
Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of this website.
