Short version: we store what a booking needs and nothing else, we do not sell data, and we do not run advertising trackers.
When you book: your name, email address, optional phone number, the stay details and the booking reference. That record is what lets you open and cancel your booking later, and what the property needs to expect you. Payment card details are handled by Stripe on behalf of Nuitée Travel and never reach our servers.
We set a small number of first-party cookies for your currency and region preference, and use your browser’s local storage to remember recent searches and pre-fill your details. None of it identifies you to third parties and none of it is used for advertising. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond what the site needs to work.
Availability and bookings: Nuitée Travel. Payments: Stripe. Maps: Google Maps. Place lookup: OpenStreetMap Nominatim. Each receives only what its function requires.
You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing privacy@staybello.com from the address you booked with. Booking records are kept for the period tax and consumer law require, then deleted.
