Riad Sa’eed is a beautifully restored 16th-century riad in the heart of Marrakech’s Medina, created to offer an intimate and authentic Moroccan experience with the comfort and service of a luxury boutique property.
The name “Sa’eed” means “Happiness”, which reflects the spirit we want our guests to feel from the moment they arrive. The riad combines traditional Moroccan architecture and craftsmanship with elegant contemporary touches, creating a peaceful retreat away from the lively streets of the Medina.
Our six individually designed suites, courtyard pool, rooftop terrace, hammam and spa provide a private and relaxed setting, while our team focuses on warm, personalised hospitality and helping guests discover Marrakech in a genuine and meaningful way.
We are an independent property and take pride in offering a more personal experience than a conventional hotel. From arranging airport transfers and private excursions to recommending local experiences, our aim is to make each stay feel effortless and memorable.

I had an incredible stay at The Riad Sa’eed. The beds were comfortable, the property is beautiful, and every detail feels thoughtfully considered. The location is amazing, with shopping right outside your doorstep. What I’ll remember most is the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful stay. I’ve been fortunate to stay in some beautiful places while travelling, and the Riad Sa’eed is one I would happily return to and recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech.
